Adam Thierer of the Progress and Freedom Foundation has been valiantly covering the FTC’s ongoing “how can we expand the government’s role in media” workshop. And if you think I’m kidding, Adam himself just reported, “Chairman Leibowitz says govt intervention of some sort will be needed to assist media; no specifics provided.” Yeah, that doesn’t sound good.
